Get your shit togheter. I don't know you but: Find a style! Get awesome clothes, awesome haircut ETC. Find a Job/study And socialize there, meet new people! Life has ALOT to offer but you have to GRAB it. Sitting there does not help. Life is like a game you know, you just have to start playing it. Goodluck and keep us up to date! |

Alex if you feel this way then you need help. The pua forums are probably not the best place to get help with purely mental health issues. Try forums specializing in mental health and substance abuse. Anxiety zone dot com is a good place to start. |

Better yet, see a professional. I've had some mental health issues and tried the PUA thing and the pressures of it caused me to crash, hard, very hard, and if you're suicidal now.... gl OP |
