I'm at that point in my personal development where I'm getting consistent k-closes, now I'm up to escalating towards lays and losing my virginity. It's only been 4 weeks too
Althought that empowers me greatly considering the position I've started from, I've have a few problems with inner game in the past, namely to do with depression.
Make no mistake, I'm a totally different man now, but considering my troublesome adolescence I believe that I need some work here if I am to become the best man and 'operator' I can be.
So I have just two questions:
- How do you go about dealing with and avoiding negative external stimuli (such as people putting you down)
- How to get instate quickly?
