| Post subject: | How to get rid of the A and F in AFC??? |
Im a firm believer in inner game and applying it on a regular basis (going out clubbing). But now I feel my biggest sticking points in my "path of self discovery" ahave continued for too long! My first sticking point is dealing with the looks factor when it comes to women: - I have a friend who seems to have almost no confidence and is definitely not the most self aware individual (not in the PUA sense) yet he seems to attract woman with ease and yes he is a very good looking guy.What must I do to attract woman and remain congruent when I am around people like that? The second sticking point is that I lack the strength of character to go after what I want without fearing the opinions of my friends. I find myself constantly justifying what I want and getting defensive about the choices I have already made. This as you can imagine has already resulted in my approach anxiety being even worse then it was before. I need all the help I can get here. Suggestions for Books, movies, music etc? |
