sorry. there isn't any. it's something you have to do it on your own. that's why it's called discipline.
try to setup some objectives. real ones, achievable ones, measurable ones, and sub dividable ones into smaller objectives.
to reach the top of a ladder you first have to make the first step. then the second.
the first ones are the most hard. then, after 5 or so, you get used to it, do it again, and again, don't FAIL! don't ever give up for 1 day or so. the trick is to NEVER stop. then you are almost there and it's really easy.
use it for everything in your life.

Yes there is.

Try to find books on "regular" self improvement. The kind of books managers read and stuff. You will find things that overlap with the stuff you will read here on the forum. But also new stuff, that gets you by day by day challenges.

I read a Dutch book called "get the best out of yourself", sometimes I thought it was lame, but in the end it defenitely opened some windows for me. And it also gave me a lot to think and do about myself and some internal weaknesses.

Just keep looking and keep trying. Teaching yourself discipline is hard, but the rewards are more then worth it.

Hope this helps.

There is also a dutch book called "Denk je sterk" or in (bad translated english) "get stronger by thinking". This book really helped me in getting more self-esteem on the radio. (who wants to hear a DJ that is not completely confident of what he says?)

Dunno if there is actually a real english translation of the book, but still hoped I helped.

greets,
