Something Style said that really hit home with me and made a lot of sense, was that "Who you are on the outside isn't always a reflection of who you are on the inside." Keeping this in mind, what are the best ways to make the two congruent? And more importantly, what about changing your inside self for the better as well? One of my bigger sticking points is that I don't think I am truly comfortable with myself. Not that I consciously think this, but I notice that I never get the ideas in my head out of my mouth the way I want to. Not because I'm incapable of it - I can certainly write them down! I attribute it to not being completely comfortable with myself, and I suppose I can't truly express myself in conversation because of it. I will shorten ideas or get them out in an unorganized stupid matter... I will say "um" or "uh" and stuff like that. I hate seeing myself in videos, pictures.. the mirror... I hate hearing audio recordings of my voice. I think I move, walk, and talk goofily. I'm not as "smooth" as I want to be. How do I pinpoint all of these things and fix them? I want to be comfortable with everything I do, the way I do it, everything I say, and the way I say it. |

Stop shortening ideas. Next time you feel the need, say to yourself, "FUCK IT!" and convey your true personality and thoughts. The reason you don't like listening, seeing yourself is because you aren't fully socialized. Go on a myspace of a chick who's a 9-10. She'll have dozens, or even hundreds of pictures of herself. That's socialized. |

Zexy is exactly right. You are basically admitting that to an extent you are socially inept. Fuck everyone else. You have something to say, say it. Obviously this doesn't mean say inappropriate stuff per situation but say how you feel. Be honest, people would rather hear your true opinion than listen to you same um.....or uh...... Just like Zexy said if you look at HB9-10 they have lots of pictures of themselves because they love themselves. So you need to accept who you are, fuck everyone else. You know what to say, and you also need to just accept that you are you and you can get women. |

I think one thing that will help you pin point these things is a coach, mentor, or a good wing. You need someone that can give you a different perspectivet thats honest on what you are doing. |
