I use to be somewhat of a big shot in High School. I know... "High School", it was 2 years ago. I was captain of the soccer team, dated the hottest girl, popular as shit and it was the best time of my life. I dated this girl who was the best part of it all, she was the first of everything for me with a girl and I loved her dearly. We broke up, I even tried to go to Uni close to her so I could be near her, but I became obsessed, crazy about her...

2 years on I moved far away from Europe to North America on a soccer scholarship.

First year in College:

:arrow: I get below a 2.0 Gpa and I have to do well next semester otherwise I loose my scholarship for good although I already lost it for next semester
:arrow: I got oneitis over a girl who had a boyfriend. We hooked up for a month, and then one night we fucked. All this took place whilst she had a boyfriend and I was aware of it all but I thought what me and her had was too special to give up and she will leave him for me. She didnt. Opposite, after the night we fucked she felt so bad and the boyfriend who she was going to break up with, she fixed it all and they are better than ever. I see her almost everyday. I don't know whether to ignore her? Be happy to her to show her she doesn't affect me? To delete her off bbm? to WHAT?

The only person who can help you is you.
1) You're on your christmas break, and you need to do well next semester. I dont know how you're college system works, but if you can, start studying a bit now during you're break. Its what Im doing, it sucks, but it'll pay off. You'll feel better about yourself, and you're life/priorities will be back on track.
2) The only person who can fix your priorities is you. Focus on college foremost, then soccer, then friends. The bitches will follow ;)
3) Stop fucking girls with boyfriends. You sound like you don't have a problem getting a woman. You're better than this, you can get your own woman, you dont need anyone elses. Also don't be so strung up on finding a girlfriend. You have other priorities SPAM. Yeah, fool around with girls but dont make it so important to go out and find a girlfriend.

Now I'm no life coach so this is just how I would fix the situation. Im only in second year of college so its not like I have piles of experience. What I do is get all my college work done, go to the gym 2/3 times a week, go to extra French class. When all that is under control, I go out once a week with the lads, and prowl for women. Seems like an ok system ;)

The reason you feel so conflicted and so "messed up" is because YOU HAVE NO VALUES OR GOALS IN YOUR LIFE.
To sort your life out, look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself what your values are - always leave girls in a better state than you found them in? integrity? self-confidence?

You need to draw your emotional state from WITHIN yourself, otherwise your own feelings of self-worth and happiness are at the mercy of the chaotic environment.

Stop fucking around with girls who have boyfriends if you feel bad about it - you feel bad because obviously some part of you thinks that it is wrong. To go against your own beliefs is to have no self-respect, without self-respect you are not alpha. I have values and goals - I always try to do the right thing, respect everyone, spread positivity, and lead people into better directions. My goal is, as a doctor, to contribute to the world by developing a new SPAM which will save lives. I am a mountain, if my girl stays with me, whatever, if she doesn't, whatever. I draw my own value and emotional state from WITHIN myself and therefore my sense of self-worth and confidence is not affected by anything that happens to me. I never said I did! :P I still have to go out and approach women, and get validation from their interest in me, like I have to get validation that my time on here is well spent by people repping me. But at least I understand why I feel the way I do and how to change, validation/neediness is like an addiction - you need to wean yourself off SLOWLY from the external sources of validation as you become more and more sure of your own innate value that you possess in virtue of just being YOU.
However, this is a long process for most people since our environments during childhood nearly always encourage validation-seeking behaviour (i.e. teachers reward the pupils who perform the "best", parents scold you when they think you haven't performed up to scratch). I am still in the process of learning to draw state from within.

Dude this all sounds good, but I m getting very cynical about getting state from within.

Moderation is key. A moderate level of validation is necessary.

Without validation happiness is impossible.

To constantly achieve things in life is important.

I maybe wrong dude, but I have been trying to feel happiness from within. The mind constantly needs challenges.

Reading a small amount of scientific articles from a secondary source, which is what I'm assuming you're doing since getting hands on the actual peer-evaluated journals the research is initially published in takes work and an understanding of the content as well as the scientific lingo, and understanding the implications of the research are two very different things. Yes, this has been seen in rodents, however, this is in no way related to whether the male rodent is the Alpha, Beta, or Omega. Additionally, as with all studies conducted in a laboratory, realize that this is what occurs in a 'sterile' setting where almost all other variables, save for the number of sexual partners have been eliminated or highly limited. These are not the kinds of results typically seen in a natural environment. It may sound crazy, but socially, humans live in a 'natural' environment.

Also, this goes against natural selection. Fucking til a partner dies of malnutrition goes against ethics, evolution, and the idea of leaving an individual better than when we met them.

Not trying to bash your post, just trying to correct some misconceptions regarding science and the interpretation thereof.
