Well, I'm not accomplished as a PUA by any means, but I've done stage acting and assorted performing all my life, and if I can say one thing, it's that body language is everything. There are a million threads on becoming an alpha here, so I'll move to gesturing and tonality. When delivering a scripted or semi-scripted line(s), make sure to be the most commanding, animated presence there, but not in a way that is over the top. Sync your gestures with the rhythm of your voice. It's best to keep it slow. A slower style of delivery allows for more deliberate, powerful gestures. Make sure to mix it up, but keep it in the context of what you're saying. Pro exempla, if you're talking about a guy being punched, it would make more sense to clap your hands together than throw them in the air. For exciting, rowdy lines, feel free to raise your rate and pitch to convey the excitement, but not overly so. Diversity is ideal, but avoid extremes. Keep it extemporaneous. During my time doing competition debate, I've learned how to make a "shell"- scripting 2-4 points of a topic, but making up the exact wording as you go, so your thoughts are organized and efficient, but your delivery is extemporaneous. Lastly, but not least, avoid rambling and circumlocuting. A pause punctuated by a gesture will win a person over much more effectively than spitting out 20 empty words.
