I assume he either gets a pivot to put on a lipstick and then kisses his neck without dabbing off the excess. Either that, or he has some sort of fake lips that he does the same thing with. |

Yup thats probably how. Ive kissed my wing on the neck with lipstick on  I smugged all the remainging lipstick off and when a girl noticed that night she'd ask:"Why have you got a bit of lipstick on?" Id act shocked. Touch my lips wipe some off, say: "im...not..OHHH..[act embarassed] that was...julie." HAha i love it:) Im comfortable with my sexuality. |

It looks too clean to be an actual lipstick kiss. I'm thinking a stencil and some face paint or like you said... a stamp. I found bandaids in the shape of lips. They look real and are about the right size... so that would be a good start. They're called "Boo Boo Kisses Adhesive Bandages" |

Nope, not a tattoo because it's not always there. I also think it's some kind of stamp. It is pretty perfect. But, it also works. |

hmmm nah i got this note from these two girls with kisses on it and they look like the one on mystery's neck minus the bright red color
