Just thought I'd share an interesting video here. It's a video of the Toronto Raptors General Manager speaking to some reporters. He's obviously the Alpha in the group, and it's interesting to see how the people react to his attention - any time he gives them attention, they qualify themselves. The main thing to look for is the little bald guy on the right side. Notice how he literally nods his head every single time Colangelo looks his way, and Colangelo immediately takes this qualification and moves his head back. good find. i find it very interesting cause i sometimes fell i do this when im listening to a teacher or some one of great status then me. |

It's not the full video and the right frame. Actually the bold guy in the right side has asked him a question, so as a polite thing to do he listens and nods as a reward for Toronto Raptors General Manager's attention. |
