I want to wear more things like bracelets, necklaces, rings, that kind of thing. But I don't think I ever would unless there was a reason behind it, and I've always worried about it being girly for some reason. Anyway, I'd prefer if it could be a topic of conversation if someone asked me about it, like where I got it from, who gave it to me, what it's for or whatever. I wanted it to have a story rather than just being me going into a shop and buying something.
I sort of thought that kind of thing I'd accrue naturally over time, but it hasn't.* So any advice on what sort of things I could get? And any advice on wearing it confidently? Or simply tell me what you're wearing.
*I did have a wristband from a festival, but I cut it off because it felt silly wearing just one, and I wasn't wearing the right clothes to have the festival goer look (the kind of guy who has 5 of them on each arm). It felt out of place on me. Plus a girl told me it was stupid and I should stop obsessing about one stupid festival. Should have ignored her, because it was actually a great opener, girls would constantly take my hand/wrist and read it, then ask me about it, and then that would lead on to music tastes etc.
