Hey guys, first post I'm a college student (voted class clown in high school) who has moderate success with women, but it really does seem to be hit or miss. I can think of only one girl of say...15-20 that I've hooked up with where I actually felt that "vibe" Juggler talks about, though I'm guessing that is something one can learn to create. (Incidentally, I thought this girl was completely out of my league at the time, so I was acting completely normal and acting like I didn't give a fuck...and she liked it.) My real problem, however, is that I think I'm too funny, or, more specifically, my humor isn't the kind the women find attractive (C/F). I had bad experiences with girls (didn't find me attractive)/guys (made fun of me) in early childhood and my first years in highschool, so I think I've put up this wall of humor as a defense mechanism. I usually assume the role of the comedian who is looking for responses (DLV) within his social group, which I would like to stop doing. (I'm On the other hand, I think I am pretty witty, and I don't want to kill the funny guy in me, I just want to tweak him a bit so I get people to laugh with me, not at me, all the while DHV'ing. It just seems like I never take anything seriously, and feel this urge to always make things funny when I could be more genuine. Can anyone comment on this? Has someone had similar experiences, or can they provide tips? |

Funny guys dont get layed. The best a funny guy can do with girls is be friends. The Cocky/Funny attitude is the answer. Search and find out more hope i helped |

i have the same problem bro, am also a class clown. my fear is that if i dont make a joke about everything girls will loose interest in me. also us class clowns talk to much, and i dont think girls like that, so all we got to do it cool it down, but still be cocky and alpha. |

Its good to be funny, and funny does get you laid, if used correctly. For example Jim carey funny is not gonna get you laid. But Christ Tucker or Eddy Murphy or Will smith funny just might do it. And humor is a great weapon to disarm AMOG, which makes you look more alpha. And there are 3 different types of funny jokes, some jokes are funny just for women and some just for guys and some for both. You need to know your material and use it wisely. I am quite the funny guy in my group of friends so i know what you guys are going through. Being funny doesnt mean u have to be at all times. You have to know when to be serious. Pick your battles basically. I hope this helps a bit. reckless |
