I'm so proud of this, I came up with it on my own. Anyway... I've been experimenting with BL, but the postures I was adopting did occasionally make me feel slightly self-conscious. That's when I made this affirmation. "I am a man, I will take up as much space as I feel necessary." Try it, by just thinking this I genuinely felt more relaxed with swinging my arms wider, swinging my legs wider, spreading myself across a chair etc. Saw myself in a shop window and couldn't help noticing how much more Alpha I looked and felt. Enjoy it, I usually don't like affirmations, but this really worked for me. |

LOL I was in my recruiters office yesterday and we went into the hall as an HB9 walked out of the navy recruiters so I corrected my posture while on my cell phone....elbow right to the face of my recruiter. Thats how you know you've gone far enough eh? |
