Post subject:  THE OFFICIAL MEN'S FASHION THREAD

okay after reading a few topics ive come to the realization that....this forum community certainly NOT very fashion savy haha its all goo tho.

this is more of a creative topic where you can post works of interesting styles of fashionable inspirations. hopefully some of these pictures will give you insight on the REAL world of fashion. and not ed hardy/affliction graphic tees, with oversized pants and fucked hair cuts. maybe you'll find stuff you like, even if itys not your particular style, you should be able to appreciate the craft.

so enjoy post pics, post links of websites you shop on post anything fashion

thanks for your opinion. BTW, everyone in here is not a metro-sexual male model.

That is more my style. BTW, in case you didn't know, he bangs Sandra Bullock. See the wedding-band she put on his finger. ;) So, in fact, other fashion genres appeal to females.

A lot of women think the rocker look is pretty hot too:

Or maybe a surfer look:

its not necessarily an opinion, every single one of those pics is what is going on in fashion NOW. lets say if i wanted to work in the industry, this is the shit they'd expect me to be aware of.

none of those people are models btw, the are all regular people on the street shot by the SATORIALIST of GQ. he goes around the world taking pics of fashionable men and women doing their daily business. if you get a pic taken of you by him, your doing something right.

everything on there is different styles within themselves. there's stuff i posted i wouldn't necessarily wear, but is still fashionable, and its that individual's personal style... i can appreciate that. it is true artistic individuality to the SMALLEST detail.

some i posted will be androgynous dark street wear, while some i post will be clean cut, wall street. fashion is fashion.

for all ages fashion is not metro

now are you fashionable? do you have the creative depth of thought to assess the artistic essence that are these ensembles ? whether it be your style or not? or do you not see it, and instead see affliction T's as your fashion piece of choice? thats my only point.

tailored blazer, fitter button up shirt, slim tie, fitted pants, and a pair of shoe from aldo. That's good enought for me. As for the day. Shirt and jeans are always good. No need to complicate things. You don't want your confidence to depend on the clothes you're wearing.

good!
Although you did take all of the pics from the satorialist it was nice to see someone who appreciates proper fashion. Fashion is not subjective something works or it doesn't. With true confidence in dress anything can be accomplished. What are you favorite designers just wondering?

First set of pictures are fantastic(I'm biased as they're almost exactly my style) except for the one with the guy wearing the flannel shirt and canvas shoes. So over that look, been huge here in Melbourne for like 2 years now.

The rest are great, satoralist?

Oh and fashion isn't gay, and saying something so stupid will only hinder you with women.

Love it man. Good to see some fashion forward looks. We as males might think that a tee and jeans are the height of awesome but high quality birds (my opinion only here guys, peace) know a hell of a lot more about fashion, even men's fashion, than we do and wearing this jazz with swagger will make bagging that sort of girl a cake walk, and we all love a bit of a short cut don't we.

Love it.

Can we drop in pics of ourselves if it is in the same vein?

Machete.
