I need to work on my body language. But you can only learn so much by reading, the most effective learning is done by doing and of course modeling. So, any suggestions on whom to model in order to learn alpha type body language? Have you any particular favourites? Tips, videoclips? Thanks in advance. |

You be a lot better off going out in public and watching people than trying to model and read books on body language. Because you get to see and read people's body language in real time and get a lot better sense of what various body language means when you see it. |

One of my personal favorites is Aaron Eckhart's performance in "Thank You For Smoking". Very alpha but not arrogant. I'd say that the best way to build good body language is to practice as much as possible.Build a good inner game and self confidence, and good body language will be natural. |

Yes, Bond is good. Actually I've already taken much great stuff from them. There are of courese differences between actors. In my opininon Connery is the most alpha of them. It's his walk, this I have heard from ladies. I'm going to check out that Thank You For Smoking. Making impressions, impersonating is my special skill and I enjoy doing it. That's why I'm so aware of my body language. While it's not bad I can always do something better and I'm interested in finding inspiration. |

I would recommend Hitch, Cocktail, and P.s I love you for the sheer factor that Gerard Butler made more girls wet in 2 and a bit hours than every guy on this site put together. Regards, Saint |

The best places are bars and discos. Thats where you find alpha males. Watch them interact and find someone who you think is awesome. Then try to understand why he is awesome, isolate what makes him look cool. Otherwise, Oceans 11 Brad Pitt; Han Solo´s smile in Star Wars; any rockstar for pure manly energy preferably heavy metal. Anywhere, but real life is the best! |
