Hi guys The Alexander Technique seems awesome. Only probem is, all of the books tell you to go to a qualified teacher, That'll cost A LOT of money. So does anyone know anything about it? Yes I know Neil Strauss says to imagine a string is gently pulling you up..but that doesnt really help. Can anyone recomend anything? I've looked on the internet and it's not looking too good. Thanks ROb |

I've also looked around and bought a few books, the information is just not there! I have been to a class but I wasn't too impressed. I have decided to learn myself, just google it and you will come up with exercises to start using. My posture is a lot stronger now, stick to main stream 'core stability' exercises to allow you to hold your upper frame more powerfully. |

Try imagining: 1.) Yourself to be the most powerful person in the room 2.) You have a strong mission and goal in life You'll be surprised at how having these thoughts changes your posture and movement significantly. |

here's a crazy method that gave me the coolest and more alpha walk and posture ever- remeber the last time u felt on top of the world? when u sat for that final exam and u got it, remeber your way out of the building? remember the first time u ever had a girls thanks to the game? or at all? well, thats it. bring up every single moment of joy in ur life and feel it again as u walk. feel again a few centimeter above everyone's head.. trust me, ur body will walk along with ur emotions, u'll give away some sort of supreme alpha vibe that just can't be described, simply by feeling like the luckiest, happier human alive. I aint kiddin.. Just try it out... and tell me how was it. |

There are plenty of videos on Youtube/bittorrent etc. There's one entire DVD somewhere out there that explains it in detail (And is presented by the creepiest bastard you will find) I tried going solo and it didn't go well, I think the regular arsekickery of classes may go better. Anywho, There's plenty of posture advice out their aside from the Alexander Technique as well. Standing tall is standing tall, whichever way you learn it. |
