haha. you dont get body jewlery or art if your not a poser, but no one thinks of it in that way. As long as you dont go flicking your head about and brushing your hair back every 5 secs its cool.
the way i decided about my piercing was thinking about what the sort of girl i wanted would like. In fact i didnt even think about it i used one of ross jefferies techniques of visualising your dream woman and my style came to me... but its the same end to the means. Just think if your going for alt girls, tunnels and cartilage hoops work, black ones too

If its your more run of the mill hb a diamond stud wouldnt go amiss, but be prepared to back it up with other flashy items, clothes and place because otherwise you could end up with the complete opposite look to the one you want.I would urge you to do this, but be very thoughtful of it in respect to who you wish to attract.
