Post subject:  Vanilla extract - as a cologne

I've spoken to a female friend and she mentioned that she loves the smell of vanilla extract on a guy! I've asked her "Won't I smell like a chick with it on?" and she said my body chemistry would correct that.

I know her well enough that she isn't just saying that to put me on and genuinely wants to offer me good advice, but I did do a little googling to be certain that this is a real thing to do before posting this question here and I've found that it's not so uncommon.

I use Curve generally and the women love that smell on me, alot! But this has got me curious now. Does anyone out there actually use vanilla extract as a scent? Any results? Any advice on the application of it?

I never thought of using vanilla extract as cologne before. But I have smelled it before and it is a pleasant smell. The only thing is the smell is strong. Meaning do not put a lot on. I say no more than 10 small dabs as that should be enough to provide the smell without being to overwhelming or over do it. But still have that pleasant smell of it.

I have a meeting all day tomorrow, and will try out the vanilla extract and see if I can stand it, myself! Maybe get results from any ladies present there... I'll wash up after and use Curve for my date with an HB9 tomorrow night (I know better than to experiment then!), but theres a Day 5 date coming up this weekend or next week with a woman I'm nicely involved in where I'll try it out. I'll post my results here.

I wore vanilla extract all day yesterday but think I smelled like cookies! Learned some more about it and heard Madagascar has more caramel notes than the Tahitian or Mexican. Tahitian vanilla has more woodsy/bourbony undertones so I'll look for that variety and try it out.

Get a vanilla body mist, they smell good but are a slightly better/rounded scent. As for smelling like a woman it is always a good thing, I have had great results with the female CK scents.
