I have this problem that I have been dealing with my whole life and that is that I blush alot, my face turns real red sometimes and I can't help it. I know I blush when I feel my face getting really hot. I usually blush when I get something wrong or when I'm nervous. Can someone please help me with my problem thanks. |

I used to have this really really bad... When i went anywhere in public, like walking by a girl in the store, or someone talking to me... like seriously i got it dozens of times a day. And my eyes used to water Now i almost never do. My solution? I forced myself to go and purposefully walk by the hottest girls and start conversations with random people.. It still hasn't fully gone away, sometimes i just can't help my self and i get red in the face but I'm now 100x better. Its as simple as experience. If a girl comes up to you and says hey cutie, and you got red the first time now you have experience. Now when it happens again sometime in your life you will look back and think, oh nothing happened and I'm used to this happening to me... no big deal sry i rambled on.. |

I have/had this problem too. the only answer is confidence. i have matured a lot recently and become a more confident happy person. and consequently this problem has stopped. make yourself the center of attention. |

Two ways: Either, Go out of your way to do really stupidly embarrassing things for a period, in order to toughen you up, make everything pale in comparison sort of thing. or let yourself mature out of it, just plough through it, since it's just a phase. It'll naturally grow off as you extend your comfort-zone in social situations. |

I would see it from a complete different angle than the others. First I would aks myself the question: is it bad that I blush? Personaly I don't think it's bad at all, it's natural, some girls might find it very cute, even attractive. The point is how you deal with it. If you stop caring (and maybe even think that girls might like it), then you become more confident. By just being more confident you could lessen the effect of blushing. If not, then you are blushing while showing off that you're realy confident. Wouldn't girls like that? You can even use it in a routine: "excuse me if I blush/ my face turns red. I always get this when talking with attractive/cute girls". This is very natural game + by talking openly about it, you're putting the fear off you which in turn helps you greatly against blushing. God I wish I could blush on command ... |

Honestly I used to havew the same problem in HIghschool. I used to be super shy and when a cure girl talked to me I would blush. I was not very socail. Then one day I was like screw it I wanna change and know im really socail..and to get over blushing I did some crazy things so like nothing would even matteer.. Show fake confidence, if you dont have it try to pretend you do. You really cant change unless you want to change yourself. which you are doing. So you will eventallywill get over this problem no worries! |

Exactly the same as this, i use to blush at all kinds of awkward situations, it really affected me with girls, it still happens now and then, but not nearly as much, i just control it. |

Get use to awkward situations, keeping pushing yourself outside your comfort zone till you just get immune to it. |
