Hey my body language isnt the best and im not exactly an alpha at my school

So i know as PUA's most of wut we hear is about Alpha being an Alpha an such but i dont know exactly how to go about this. so i thought this would be a good place to start to learn. Like how an alpha sounds what he does and how to get that body language thanks in advance

A lot of it, I think, is coming across as a leader of men instead of a follower. For example, being decisive about moving on to a different bar etc.

Also, being fun and comfortable within yourself and the space around you. Strong confident body language is a great sign of this. Just breathe in so your chest is lifted up and out with your shoulders back, then keep that position. I find its best to also hook your thumbs in the belt-loops of your jeans, and make a sort of downwards V with your hands

A little like that, only thumbs in the loops to make more of a V.

Hope it helps,

Posture is the biggest part of being alpha. Dont slouch, but then again, dont walk around like you were raised by a drill sergeant either. Be relaxed and cool. When sitting, put yourself in a relaxed position leaving your body in a wider, more open position. As far as voice tonality goes, make sure that you speak loud enough where people will hear what you say. The worst thing you can do is speak like a mouse in the corner. Ill add a good link, although I'm sure you've probably already seen it:

BTW, I was born in Macon. Guess its a small world. :D

Nope. You can have other alphas around you. You just have to make sure you displace your dominance really.

But to add to what was already said. Body language is mostly key in showing alpha male characteristics. I think the most important one is owning the room or at least the space around you with your body. As it is a sign of dominance.

Move over, give the room they want but still appear physically dominating. Not in an aggressive sense, but in a "I take up room" sense".

Im going to tell you something...if you want to become an alpha now is the time to do it ok? Young people like myself are lazy as hell....there dont want to do anything for themselves, barely want to work, dont know how to make decisions etc.....all you have to do is extend over these people.

Posture- stand straight up(work out your shoulders if you have trouble holding them straight up)

Decisions/handling situations- Can you make a firm smart decision without consulting 5 other people. I always think shit your the person that the decision is effecting, why not make it your damn self? Honestly, it is just an example but that often carries off elsewhere in life if the person cannot make simple decisions in the first place.

Difficult times- This is a beauty since you may have eyes on you at the time when this happens. People in general have a hard time coping with hardships in life especially in these times. Can you stay cool and solve the situation? Many people(even myself) may get a bit angered in a jam but the Alpha path is to remain calm and resolve the problem. Just staying cool in general will aid you along perfectly.

Just some big points...

I don't know fellas... On my end, being an alpa male is a mental game. That has got to be there first. It's huge confidence, that is not fake. WHo's got the most testosterone? Who's the big dog?

Look at dog behavior. They're gonna sniff around till it's determine who's in charge.

I meet a guy, I look him straight in the eye and give him a firm handshake. And I hold my gaze. Like at the start of a fight. It doesn't have to be a stare-down. You can look away first. Just so the other guy knows you're no chump. And don't be too quick to drop that grip, it shows weakness. Ideally, hold on longer or let go at the same time.

You're going too far when you start acting macho. That's your clue.

I think a sort of test, that I don't recomend, though I do it, is to go into any scumbag biker-bar you can find, be able to drink some beer, or alot, play some pool and not have any hassels.

Like I said, don't do that, but it's just my take on the aura we're looking for.

All the gestures are great, but if you don't believe, no one else will.

Just a couple of ideas. Lots to talk about here.
