...pain in the back of neck ... for some reason i have been noticing that i put unnecessary tension on the back of the neck if there is someone standing behind me or sitting ... like in class if there is someone sitting behind me .. i will put unnecessary tension on the back of the neck .. same with if i am checking out at a store .. i will do the same thing ... i cant seem to relax i missed this great chance i had .. i was returning a movie at mccdonald when this asian chick was stiting outside on her car ... i asked her knowign the mcdonald was open ..." hey is that store open .. she goes yeah its open" ...she was wearing shorts , boots, and shirt ... i would probably give her a 8. anyways . i was reutrning the movie , and she came in and i guess wanted to check out a movie also, she was standing behind me .. i started putting unnecesary tension on the back of the neck ... i so wanted to turn around and say something like ... nice boots .. arent you cold .. i bet they are warm ... do a kino by putting a finger in there and taking it out really fast and saying ... damn its hot in there .. i would give anything to be in the boots right now ... then go on and give her some advise on the movie ..and then leave .... BUT here is what i did ... my neck started hurting like biatch by now b/c of the unnecessary strain .. i froze up and then just got the movie and left. i felt so bad leaving ... another chance missed .. _________ what can i do to remove that pain .... |
