There are lots of different ways to speak lower the best I have found is to think about lowering your voice all the time, you will forget and when you notice you are talking too high correct it after time it will become natural like posture |

Try something simple first. Speak slower and more deliberate. Take all the excitement out of your voice. Alpha men are monotone...well at least the stereotypical Alpha is. |
