Rofl i was almost done writing a post and i closed explorer Round 2 1.) Being over weight could cause your problem. Fat is like insulation and will keep you warm. So droping your percentage of body fat will make you cooler. 2.) Your hair style may affect how hot you are because the majority of heat escapes from your head. Also body hair bein trimed could make a difference it does for me. 3.) To much salt i hav heard can make you sweat more. If you hav ever tasted your sweat its quite salty. ppl say your body will try to get rid of salt if you consume to much by sweating. Other than that maybe you didnt rly feel nervous but you where, are maybe you werent dressed for the weather or you where moving alot before you opened you set. But i hope this answers your question good luck and let me know how it works. |

Dress accordingly. If it's hot, don't wear something that will make you sweat. It's cold here at the moment, but it can turn from -4C in the morning (24.8F) to 12C (53.6F) in just a couple hours, so I'm very conscious of what I'm wearing and make sure to be able to either take stuff off, or remain a bit cold, because being soaked in sweat seems to destroy my game. It's a combination of how it affects how you're feeling (your frame), as well as making you smell less appealing (whether they notice it consciously or not, it affects things) and your appearance suffers. |
