Post subject:  Most important peacocking accessories

What do you guys (and girls..) think is the most important accessory you could get that would make you stand out in a crowd. Do you think its the ear rings, the necklace, some crazy belt/buckle, other piercings, etc... I'm just interested to figure out what everybody else thinks and has had good/bad experiences with. Feel free to include stories about the peacocking items you've used before....

Figure out what your strengths and weaknesses are. Ask women their honest opinion, friends and strangers. When you find that out, then you can figure out what to accentuate.

My ears stick out a bit and people used to make fun of it sometimes (hasn't happened for several years, but that didn't make them stick out less), so I got a barbell through my right ear and I have 4 different coloured, different gauged sized rings in the upper cartilage of my left ear and so I get people noticing them, but no one says anything about my ears sticking out, just that my piercings look awesome.

I've been going bald since just before I turned 21, so I shave by head and I started wearing tuques and hats more. My brown plaid fedora works wonders. I walk through a club and girls will ask me if they can wear it as I'm walking by them, not even looking at them.

I love to dress sharply, it makes me feel empowered, so I like to wear a button up shirt and a tie when I go out and it definitely makes me stand out. I AMOG other guys by commenting on their lack of style and their lack of tie (works best on guys wearing dress shirts, but no tie) and the girls love it, they get into it with me and start giving the guy hell for not being as sharply dressed as me.

My tats on my right forearm draw a lot of attention when I wear short sleeved shirts and I have girls comment on them often.

I don't recommend going for tats or piercings unless you actually want them, cause doing it just to look cool makes you a douchebag, not a cool guy (sorry, but that's what anyone that is gonna care about them will say, trust me, I lie on the outter fringes of the culture and I'M hugely biased).

As far as I've noticed there are two types of peacocking, the flashy and classy (for the lack of a better word)
Anything can fall in both categories, but I think shoes and a watch sholud be kept in the 2nd one. So a nice, stylish, pair of shoes that matches the belt, and a nice watch is a must. That doesn't mean it needs to be dressy, but city fashion. To show you got class and style.
The first kind of peacocking is to get attention. Hat (fidora or similar, not a baseball hat), sunglasses (you can never go wrong with a pair of aviators), and such, usually fall in the inbetween category. Anything more than that, rings, big belt buckles, wrist cuffs, bandanas, necklesses, and other, you really need to be able to put together with the rest of the outfit to pull off.
It's a balancing act, you want to wear stuff that gets attention but pull it off like you're wearing it because it matches your style/attitude. Plus, it depends on the location too. Big noisy clubs need a lot more (items and noticability) than bookstore or even just a bar.
I once punched a guy in the throat because he said he used to wear shit like that (my white with black flames shoes) in highschool.

So to answer your questions, I'd say nice shoes and a watch are always the most important accessory, hat and glasses will get you noticed more, but if you can pull off more go ahead.

Many PUA make the mistake to be try hard, they imitate mystery.

Dress casual, nice classy as mentioned above but a bit different.

Last night I was at a party, and wore pretty much the same kinda clothes as usual (whihc never gets me anywhere), but this time i wore goggles. Not motorcycle goggles, but swimming goggles, the kind that just cover your eyes. I was an instant sucess, and was opened to a two set of juniors, Im a sophmore. After a few min (a neg, blah blah, DHV) i had the hb 8 one eating out of my hand. The other hb7 was just chilling, threw a neg to her infront of the 8, she didnt pick up on it/ care lol. This was a bad move to bring the 7 back into the convo, because she didnt leave. But i was killing it, and the 8 and i exchanged numbers and emails which she suggested.

Trust me go out and get some blue swimming goggles and you will kill it.

Can you peacock with shoes? How do you do that? Yellow ones :P?

Rushmore, yeah, goggles RULE! I built my own ones, and they rock. PM me if you want the link to the how-to page.

A peacocking thing is any thing that is odd, just take whatever thing you can think off =D. Personal favorite for me is goggles, though.

How do you peacock with shoes (trainers)? I'll give you a clue: Laces!
Or with my alume'a'muse blue nikies.
But shoes aint an accessorie.

And slick, flashy and classy, nice i'll remember that.

Some people forget how important a good belt can be, its not the belt buckle its the belt, colour code it and make it stand out. Also yeah a nice watch is good, dont forget wristbands, especially if you're wearing a T-shirt.
Just remember the littlist things can make a huge difference, so shop about.

Post subject:  hott

one night i tried my blue hard-hat from work, not expecting any real interest in it i was blown away when almost all the girls who saw me opened me to ask why i was wearing a hard-hat. lol, i hooked up and hooked a couple for later dates. the thing is to just put it on, try it out, if it works great if not, so what, take it off.

i still want to try the fake earings and tats to see if they do pay off and if i should get a permanent one. this is a great way to not do something drastic, after all, it may backfire.

My personal favorite are my watches...i have a couple really cool binary watches that tell time thru dots...but they are high quality watches with really smooth designs that catch the girls' eyes....i will often make qualify by telling them that they need to figure out how to tell the time on it...plus gives good room for kino... there are a bunch at SargeWear click here - http://SargeWear.com ..... check out the watch section for those watches and the Tips for routines....

Have Fun!
