I've been working on maintaining eye contact throughout a conversation. Like conversations where one person says a couple sentences and then I'll talk. I'll make eye contact throughout that whole exchange and never got any complaints about it. But... there's this girl I was talking to the other night and she was just going on and on and onnnn... And I made eye contact throughout. She looked at me and stopped mid sentence and said, "You're making me anxious, stop staring at me." I was sort of shocked at that. I spent the rest of that "conversation" looking away from her vaguely pretending to look like I cared. If it's just her talking all the time, what is my body language supposed to look like? |

It is a little weird to be maintaining eye contact non stop. Some people refer to that as staring. Tone it down to 50% of the time when she is talking. |

But don't make it awkward for her, like you don't care about her story! You still have to pay enough attention.

Make eye contact when you are talking. Look at her lips when she is talking. There is something about looking at a woman's lips that makes them EXTREMELY horny. Don't give her attention when she doesn't deserve it. |

I like this answer. I haven't tested looking at the lips for anything but the triangle method. I'll try that out tonight.
Don't give her attention when she doesn't deserve it. |
