Hi bros! I was out sarging the other night and met up with some AFC mates. One of them has a girlfriend who is really nice. I did NOT try to sarge her! Anyways, I have quite a fantastic length of hair and she asks me if she can do some hairdos on me. I did not intend to sarge that night so I didn´t have any other peacocking stuff so I thought, well why not whatever. The sight of me getting a (girly) ridiculus hairdo in front of everyone was a great DHV! Takes some guts! I could not believe it, that night I got a #close right there and later I bounced to another place with two sisters, one on each side of me as we entered the place. Still with a ridiculus hairdo. I guess it worked, the switches flipped: Social proof, preselection, humor, center of attention, guts. Bottom line, peacocking is not about looking good, it is about standing out. Ezo |

Standing out is only one part of it. To me it sounds like you were enjoying yourself and having a great time despite the fact that your hair looked ridiculous. What probably attracted people to you was that you came off as being completely comfortable with yourself and confident. gj! |

Haha, great when the hair does all the work for you huh?  The guy who introduced me to PUA has really long hair and he's always going on about how great it is. I'd look rare as fuck with long hair though so I'm keeping mine as it is; it's shaved really short and a lot girls seem to like it. My ex FB loved to stroke it, turns out she's not the only one.

Ezo Hmmm.....I guess that's why all the little girls LOVED Sarjay when he was on American Idol last year?
