Is it possible to do both and during the same time period? I read on here a certain food needed for muscle growth, bananas and wheat bread, is not good for hair regrowth. |

I see this was too difficult to answer. I'm about to take a trip to a new state for a while to stay with some people and since I hopefully will save more money I can put towards taking products and buying healthier foods and all. I would like a nice body but at the same time, I would like to have sexy hair. Its not really about women, its about my visual image. |

Hey, Right, your diet will not help hair growth, if you are losing it do not buy into all these 'snake oil' products that are basically a scam. There are two FDA approved drugs for hair loss, Propecia and Minoxidil. Do some research maybe you could benefit from them.. And weight training at the same time as eating healthy or taking hair loss drugs is completely safe |

I actually learned some stuff on the hair loss thread over at health and fitness section here. They're just saying to stay away from certain foods. I don't want to go through the whole minoxodil thing, I'm 31 so I don't feel it would be effective. |
