Obviously there is no ultimate body language tip because you need to use many at once, but this thread is for you to share with others what tip has single-handedly shown you most improvement in your interaction compared to all others. For me, I get the best results when I focus on keeping my stance straight up and not leaning in or gravitating towards others, but letting them come to me... it works like magic. |

Smirking/Grinning. If people are asking/wondering "Whats so damn funny?" then your doing it right. Working on keeping a constant smirk, the more you do it the better/more effective it is. |

Relax and Have fun! - Laughing and smiling are attractive behaviors for gaining initial attraction. Stating one for me is rough but that is the best I can do. Everything else falls into place after. This should be said as well: Your current body language is years and years of habits(bad or good), its up to you to consciously change your body language until it is a good habit rather than a bad habit. |

Exercise. Having a great body makes the body language easier to communicate... in my humble opinion. |

Being comfortable instead of being correct. I genuinely believe that good body language is more a result of being comfortable than something to aim for. When you can already have really good conversations with people then you can maybe look at the subtleties a bit more. |
