Like the title says. Where do I keep my hands in an alfa male sort of way? Both when sitting and standing. Ive realiced that keeping them in my pockets probably isnt the best way |

I gesture with my hands a lot when I talk to be more animated. When I'm not in front of a set talking to them my hands are near my waist when standing but not in my pockets. Thumb might be in the pocket. When sitting my hands are in front of me.Just to clarify another reason I gesture with my hands a good bit is because it easy to kino doing that. Your hands are already out in front of you. It's just a small movement to touch her without it being creepy, as oppose to big movements from your sides. |

When standing, i use hand gestures. Not too much, not too little. Just enough to keep up the appearance of having energy and to draw the focus onto myself. I might even have one hand in my pocket with my thumb sticking out. When i'm sitting, i use fewer gestures because i figure the person is already sitting with me and doesnt want hands waving in their face, and i like to have one hand resting pretty close to my cock. Yup, right by my trouser snake. It makes them look there, think about my dick - especially if i use a hand gesture randomly from that hand and put it back. It's awesome to do because they try ever so hard to keep eye contact and not look, but when they do, you can be like "Hey, my face is up here." |

I always have my hands in pocket with thumbs out when standing up leaning towards the bar.Or i have my hands in my back pocket, its opens my bodylanguage and when I smile it looks good, like i'm a approachable guy. When sitting down, I take my space, either I got one arm around a buddy while talking, or I have it around his chair or couch, it looks friendly and that im comfortable. I always get good responses from my appearence and bodylanguage. When I speak I always use my hands, because it gets more attention from others and from whom im talking to, dont use big gesture, and dont use small, have something in between. And dont be to fast with your gestures, it is annoying and stressful. |

Most times, hands by your sides palms open. If cold in pockets thumbs out. If your good, hands on her. Moving hands around making gestures keeping animated is optional, just don't go over board, you'll look nervous. |

I always hook my thumbs in my pockets, kinda lean back, and stand with my lega slightly crossed. Not saying it's the best posture.. but I heard a PUA guy named Sean Messanger suggest it. |

If I am standing around doing nothing then my hands will be on my belt buckle or belt loops, if you have suspenders those work too. Bringing attention to your masculinity is the key to showing "alpha". That means shoulders, chest, and genitals. If I'm talking to someone my hands help tell the story. I use illustrators consistently(something people with charisma are known for is how they illustrate with their hands). When sitting I tend to extend my arms, take up space, if I am talking I'll end up using illustrators frequently. My hands help bring moments to life. With hands you can emulate reactions or exaggerate them. You can raise and lower people's energy. Just learning how is the start. |

Hand position in body language is really important. If you're standing I'd recommend you to put your hands in your back pockets. If you want to look alpha, that's the position. It says: "I'm approachable", "I don't need to cover my body 'cause nothing's gonna hurt me", "look at me", etc. Besides that position makes your chest look wider and shows off your whole front. When speaking hand gestures are good, but don't abuse of them. Hand gestures are called illustrators and are very effective to transmit a message. If you have slow motion movements you could easily create a hypno-like hand chat. That is moving your hands to the place you want her to watch. Just like Logic Savvy does with his snake trouser. By saying "Hey, my eyes are up here", you break the hypnosis state and that's when you are free to escalate. But that should be in another thread. |

I do not like thumb in a pocket and fingers out it simply is not comfortable for me to hold hands in such a position. I like to hold one of my hands in the pocket(preferrably left) with thumb out or not having them in pockets at all. It's quite a habit which is really EASY to break and it feelds very natural to have hands not in your pockets. When sitting I keep them in front of me, just what feels natural at the time |
