My teeth are yellow is hurting my confidence. I want to get them whitened in the safest way possible without spending too much. I have permanent retainer, so i have to be careful. Is there any product or professional that does it for a cheaper price in Melbourne? |

1) Teeth cleaning at the dentist 2) Brush your teeth better 3) Crest whitening strips 4) Teeth molds with some type of gel (Expensive but in the long run pays off) |

Get yourself an electric toothbrush. My dentist told me that often men tend to brush too hard without realising - that can damage the enamel on the teeth with is the whitest part. Be gentle, and brush 2 minutes a day. You can also make a solution using water and a little bicarb of soda. There's nothing you can do (apart form bleaching - which isn't good) that will work over night - it needs consistency and patience unfortunately.

My techniques to my pearly white teeth... 1) Whitening toothpaste is garbage...THERE IS NOT TOOTHPASTE THAT ACTUALLY WHITENS TEETH...it's just marketing. Toothpaste only kills the bacteria in your mouth, that is. Since all toothpaste contains fluoride (this is a bad thing that I won't get into here) I use BORAX...this is a weaker form of detergent which is as safe as salt. Feel free to use borax, but if you don't want to, use the cheap ass toothpaste because the $10 toothpastes DO NOT make a difference. 2) Quit smoking tobacco. This was easy since all I did was change to electric cigarrettes. They cost $20 bucks now in gas stations. E-cigs only contain water vapor (the smoke) and nicotine (the addictive part of cigarettes) Regular cigs contain TAR which is what stains your teeth. 3) to WHITEN teeth, I tried crest strips once and they work but they were TOO expensive. Now I use this "5 minutes" whitening cream that cost no more than $8 in Ingles supermarkets ( I think walmat, bilo too) Since you have retainers, I doubt Crest strips will work so go for the white cream AND if you smoke switch to egics, you will be glad you did |

It also has a lot to do with your diet. Eat whole unprocessed foods, cut out as much sugar as possible. And yeah, tooth whitening is bullshit. I use bicarb soda occasionally and that seems to help a bit. |

hey\ Neither but if I have to I'd prefer yellow teeth coz its easier to remove yellowness from your teeth than to be slim its pretty hard |

Baking Soda and Peroxide toothpase (Arm and Hammer extra whitening) followed with Rembrandt deeply whiting mouthwash. Yes it does work. The toothpaste alone is really good at cleaning your mouth. If your teeth are really yellow, I would consider seeing a dentist. |

Try Zoom teeth whitening at your nearest dentist. Nothing beat this so afr for getting sparkling smile ! |

Since you have a pemenant retainer, you should ask your orthodontist. He will tell you what to use. I believe he will advise against whitestrips because they are made for teeth that have nothing on them. |
