Seriously, how are mods selected? Not that I really need the job, but I have been with this community since about 2001 and the mods just laugh AT me when I ask how they got the position(s). Just curious. Is it a fun job with lots of benefits or are you stuck sifting through chat logs for hours upon hours? |
