Post subject:  Water Retention or just Fat?

Okay, literally in the last week I've put on 7 pounds. I now have a flabby bit underneath my chin, even when I'm looking straight ahead and a beer belly, especially when I push it out, but even when i'm relaxed.

This weight gain has coincided with me suddenly eating a lot of high fat/sat processed, ready made meals and drinking nothing but cola.

If I start eating healthier again, and drink lots of water, will I lose this 5 pounds as quickly as I gained it? Thanks

Definately not dude, at least not healthily :o

What I suggest is, eating healthier, dinking lots of water and exercising, buy a set of dumbbels and a barbell for your house, or go to the gym, start going on treadmills, and do some weightlifting, also do LOTS of sit ups and crunches, bicycle crunches work like a CHARM, it will tke a while for you to get rid of the fat under your chin and your beer belly, but you will soon enough feel and look great :D

P.S. Look up facial exercises on the internet, and try them out, they're great :)

Hope his helps,

Peace,

Troyden :D

Okay, I have this book called "Body-Fat reduction" or something like that, and the dude who wrote it included a "7 Day Quick Fix." Basically you just eat nothing but protein shakes for all of your meals except dinner. (Five protein shakes a day.)

Not sure how healthy it is, because I haven't tried it, so I'd ask a doctor before doing it. Aside from that, just eat healthy foods, (Nothing processed or too full of sugar. White carbs are bad.) exercise, and drink plenty of water.
