Post subject:  Bitch-Tits

I have man boobs and I am losing wieght but beacuse its actual breast tissue and not fat they aren't going away. Is there a way to work out my chest to give a more square look to it.

Can you spot train the inner and upper chest?

Also would building up shoulders and upper back do anything to give me a bigger apperance in the upper body to help make it more porpotional.

Any good excerises and or advice would be nice

If it's tissue you need to have a breast reduction.

You realy need to speak to a docter about this , either your producing very little testosetrone , your producing a lot of testosterone which your body responds by turning it into more oestrogen or because you have high levels of testosterone your body responds by producing a lot more oestrogen.

What im trying to say is , youve got a hormone imbalance in which you need your testosterone to be regulated.

by regulating it breast tissue will stop growing and i "think" it will reduce the size of them

regarding training

this vids pretty good it'll give you a good idea of what to do

Also YES if you work your back and shoulders you will look broader, id recommend you focus on your Lats, Traps and then deltoids in that order if you want to look broader (theres a reason its called having a broad back)

For a post like this, more information is kind of necessary...age..bodyweight..?

You can do incline bench for the upper pecs and chest press or flys for the lower. I'd work on some cardio though to burn fat...unless it's actually tits

above makes a good point if you're just carrying fat all you have to do is burn it e.g. cardio plus what was suggested above

if you are infact developing tits (mammary glands) then you will need hormone replacement or similar SPAM from a licensed doctor, however you should ALSO start hitting the gym with heavy weight work outs (specifically focus on legs and back) and this will release testosterone and help you out more.

Okay, 1. talk to a doctor about the man boob's to make sure they are boobs, if they are you'll need to have them surgically removed and start hormone therapy.

Chances are you just have the body type that collect's fat there and doesn't like to burn it first.

Easy Chest tips: Incline press works upper chest
Decline press works lower chest
Flat press works the middle chest

Press builds thickness of the chest
Flies build width of the chest

Rotating the bells in on the up motion pulls the chest closer in to the center.

I recommend using dumbbells for presses
and cables for fly

The posted video shows a drop set for your first set...That's the worst idea ever, do a nice low weight to start and do a set of 20, this will warm things up and get the blood flowing.

If your looking to burn fat stick to working big muscles, chest, legs, back, shoulders and core.

But talk to a doctor first, if you have a testosterone problem it's going to make you hold fat and water so make sure that's in check.

If it;s tissue, yes, you have or had a hormone imbalance during puberty. If you've had the tissue for more than a few months, it's probably permanent (gynecomastia). Could be caused by above hormone imbalance or by excess prolactin/progesterone during puberty when hormones are out of whack.

See a urologist or endocrinologist and have total testosterone, free testosterone, estradiol (e2), progesterone, prolactin all checked, as well as thyroid panel.

Go from there.

The tissue will not go away without surgery, however, you may have uncovered a deeper issue that the tissue is secondary to.

The thing is I had an over active thyroid during my teens which caused some hormone imbalance. Well I had that taken care of.

The thing is surgery cost a bit and I would like too but its not possible at the moment.

Thanks for the chest excersise explanation though

Just do some chest exercises, and fix your diet. Unless its a physical problem, anyone can reduce man boobs.

The best way to hit your chest to give it a nice even square look is on chest day do flat bench, then flat pec flies, lastly incline bench. Flat bench works the overall muscle specifically the lower pec and incline hits the top of the pec. The pec flies are personally one of my favorite exercises because they shape up your muscle into that nice square shape really fast. You also get a ridiculous pump in your chest after pec flies.

Gynaecomastia, male breast syndrome, man boobs, or in short moobs are an enlargement of the male breast as a result of an abnormal increase in the glandular tissue. The condition is quite common in teenage boys where firm, tender breast tissue grows under the nipples and there are an estimated 40-60% of men with Gynaecomastia.

hate to be that guy but breast tissure is fat tissue....there is a reason women in bodybuilding lose their breast when they reach sub 10% bodyfat
