Post subject:  Is body hair removal a DLV?

I know someone asked something similiar, but i want a more specific answer than

what his post pertains to. I would shave my chest(or use kalo, nair, etc), but my

friends and family know I have a hairy chest. I think it would be awkward if all of a

sudden it was all gone. Would it be a DLV if i do remove the hair? I will still have hair

on my legs and stuff, but is the removal a DLV? I don't want to get made fun of for

it(not that i cant handle it), but it will make it a little bit harder to be AMOG, and until i

get complete confidence it will be tougher. Luckily my back isnt hairy(hopefully it

wont get hairy).

I am 17. I workout and look alright, but I feel like the body hair is holding back

what could be a much better looking body. I am considering using kalo(hair grows

back less and thinner), but it may take too long. I also don't want to order it and

have my parents find out, idk give me tips please. What to do, and is it a DLV.

I know plenty of woman that prefer hairy/scruffy looking guys... So I wouldn't do it to get more woman.. only do it if not being hairy is how YOU truly want to look

the only hair i would consider getting lasered as a hairy dude is my uni brow (which i pluck for free) and my ass!! lol aside from that i use trimmers (like at the hair dressers) and trim everything down to a nice length that way you still look masculine but you look clean and managed also

No its not, Self Improvement is a DHV to many women...Women love it if you want to improve yourself, and if you ask for her opinion, or help, she will develop more attraction, its a psychology thing.

I was talking to a friend of mine, shes very attractive, takes care of herself, and one day this topic came up....My high school name was teen wolf, I have insane amounts of body hair...Its the one thing that I am subconscious about myself, my weight, different length limbs, speech impediments, nothing bothers me, but my body hair does...you cant see my chest in between my pecs its so thick...Ive had women walk out on me when I take my shirt off in the bedroom...

Anyway, I told her how I had tried Nair, Waxing, ext, and she recommended laser hair removal...I hadnt talked to her in a few months later and she messaged me one day on fb with a groupon link to a good deal on a type of SPAM, and she said..."I saw this and thought of you". IDK about you, but shes hot, and the fact she remembered me, even for my body hair, made me appreciative of my relationship with her, and now I bet she is telling all of our old friends in that social circle that I am getting hair removal and am getting ripped at the gym...women talk, so. No!

In my opinion, if you feel uncomfortable with the hair, then fix it. if its comfortable to you, then keep it. dont worry about DLV's and all that bs, you need to feel good in your own skin....thats really the most important thing IMO.

I'd play it off as a DHV. Just say something like, "Don't you like a guy that takes care of himself? Maybe I should just let myself go and start pounding back pizzas."

The only body hair you should be removing being a man is on your neck, back and shoulders. Your ass if you are self conscious about it and your balls if you like it. Most women don't mind chesthair and above all, it makes you look manly. You can only get away with it if your chest is very muscular, otherwise you'll look like a 14 year old boy.

Hey man, you're young and people are gunna talk no matter what you do; that's just what happens at that age. I used to hate having hair on my chest since no one else did, but nowadays I'm wearing deep V-necks and feel more confident about it. If it's out of control then shave it, but if it's just some hair, then that means you are a man, and that's exactly what you can say if someone pesters you about it (reply with something like "Yeah, it's because I'm a man. It comes with the territory I guess...", I remember using that when I was younger and shut alot of guys up) I don't think shaving it completely off would be a good idea anyway because it'll just grow back stronger and darker, and u might get razor bun and ingrown hairs which are itchy and leave red pimple things on your chest which suck. Hair removal products smell like ass and your parents will KNOW when/if you used it because it'll stink up the whole house. Your best bet would be to trim it if it's out of hand, but if it's not, sit back, and enjoy manhood my friend.

I guess it depends on how much body hair you have. I have more than average body hair, but thats genetics, and girl's that I usually find attractive are usually attracted to a BIT (not too much) hair.

I shave my whole body and I've been doing it since I was 16 (with a short gap when I lived in the dorms in college)
Some girls love it
Some girls think its gross
Some girls think its gay
