Here are several weight machines that if you go to the gym you should use! Benchpress - If you are increasing the size of your pectorals you need to be using this doing 3 sets of 10 reps but it only increases the size of your lower pectoral so you need to get the whole group of pectorals 45 degree press - This will increase the size of your mid-pectoral which again do 3 sets of 10 reps Front press - Lift the bench to about 80 degree's which will then increase the size of your upper pectoral Doing all them you will be increasing the whole pectoral group. Squats - You need to do squats and get very low to the ground to increase the muscle on your quadriceps and your gluteus maximus A.K.A your arse muscle Sit-up's - For your abdominals You also want to increase your lattimus dorsi (Back muscles) and your deltoids (shoulder muscles) Take note of this when you next go in the gym or take an interest in going to the gym as it will let you get the body women are going to have to have |

Yes I agree, pull ups are far more superior, just giving a name of different things you can do besides pull ups |

I was recommended 1 arm bent over row if you werent doing pull ups. I enjoy doing both as part of my work out |

Sit-ups using a gym ball to stretch across and a medicine ball to catch is very good for the abdominals, Makes you ache loads though which is also good! |

Different brands of exercise equipment provide us fake information regarding the equipment that is ethically not good... So we avoid to purchase these equipment... And usage of supplements without the guidance of doctor can also be dangerous.. |

You're much better off using free weights rather than machines 90% of the time. A few other things I should note: You don't have a 'mid-pec': http://www.exrx.net/Muscles/PectoralisSternal.html http://www.exrx.net/Muscles/PectoralisClavicular.html Bench press does hit both of these, but mostly the sternal head. You can use incline press if you want to hit the clavicular head a little more, though it does have more shoulder activation. There is also a LOT more to your back than just your Latissimus Dorsi, and it's more important to develop your back than your chest or arms (larger muscle requires more work, basically, also for postural reasons). http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/BackWt.html In terms of back exercises, deadlifts, rows and pullups are king. Again, notice the freeweights. Tiger6Niner has the right idea. |
