Please judge you from the first second they see you. You can have the best personality of the word, but if you weight 600, women are going to sleep with you. By working you out send a message that you care about how you look and your health, and that you are doing something with your life. It doesn't matter if you are aiming for being a body builder or just fit, as long as you take care of yourself. Below is a list of why working out is important.

1. It makes it easier for girls to like you.

If you have an amazing body, more girls will naturually be more attracted to you. Therefore you have more options to choose your mate.

2. You feel better about yourself/more confident

3. More energy

4. Better at sex

5. More focus.

6. You can get laid just for being hot, especially at a club

7. It takes less solid game when your already attractive.

10. Puts you in a doing/accomplishing attitude



If you want to get with the hottest girls in the world, you need to be the whole package, and body is a huge part of that.

11. releases chemicals in your brain that raise your mood (ie make you happier).

i would say having an awesome body is not the top priority because girls arent going to be seeing it unless you are at the beach, swimming pool or somewhere that you will be taking our shirt off.

how does it make you better at sex? im assuming you mean it gives you more endurance.
