Hey guys, since I am not that tall and because being tall is a big advantage with many things, including pickup and sarging etc, I had to come up with something. Over time I was able to make a short list of things you can do to make you look a bit taller than you really are. *Keep your hair short on the sides of your head, and keep it a little longer on the top. *Wear tight fit clothing, possibly with vertical stripes. *Do some workout, but don't overdo it, cause that might make you look like some sort of Arnold Schwarzenegger midget. *Wear shoes with heels, e.g. like http://www.schonagen.nl/images/schoen6.jpg *Put some soles in those shoes. I have 5 soles in each shoe, gives you nearly another whole cm. *And of course: stand tall, don't slouch! (Thanks snakeeater1337) I might think of some other tips later. |

On working out, make sure to work lower back and abs well. A strong core will keep your posture straight so that you stand tall. Also, when I first started working out, I neglected upper back when working chest, so my shoulders got pulled forward and made me slouch a bit. Work out opposing muscle groups equally. I used to slouch a lot by habit, and I'm 6'3" (190 cm), so I looked shorter than some guys shorter. Fitting pants will look good, especially if you're skinnier. About those soles and heels, don't you risk rolling your ankle and spraining it? I don't normally see those in the states, in any case, not that I ever look down to notice. |
