"No Easy Way Out" by Robert Tepper

its from Rocky 4, its a good start to any workout music compilation

What type of music are you into otherwise?

I can recommend some metal or rock groups that will def help you get pumped

I listen to a variety of music when working out - anywhere from gangster rap to metal to classical. But it does depend on what your musical tastes are.

For when doing a lengthy stretch of cardio (40 mins or or) listening to a house/dance/techno album is a good listen, or even a rock n' roll/metal album (from time to time I'll listen to the Motely Crue Greatest Hits album when doing cardio). The idea is have those bumping drums and wailing guitars keep a fast pace.

I like all types of music. Metal/punk/country/house/techno/pop.

But alot of the music I listen to doesn't make me pumped or motivated if anything it makes me chill/relaxed.

Dubstep gets me really pumped for work out. also has good rhythm. look into it.

good dubstep artists:
Bassnectar
Nero
Pretty Lights
Rusko
Skrillex
Chasing Shadows
Flux Pavilion
Deadmau5

Dubstep channel on pandora has some pretty good songs. Drum and bass is another good genre to work out with.

Everything related to Eminem!

Lose yourself, not afraid, go to sleep, sing for the moment, etc...

I would go with something that's got a fast beat.

Domination - Jim Johnston (really great song to get you motivated)
Unholy Confessions - Avenged Sevenfold
Lights Out - Breaking Benjamin
You're Going Down - Sick Puppies
Victim - Eighteen Visions

Some of my Favourites

The only guy who has it right is cashsky...you need bass and fast beats. Do not listen to the pussy rock garbage that they are all suggesting.
Get the following disturbed songs: Rise, intoxication, awaken, voices, the game, stupify, another way to die, serpentine, prayer, indestructible, inside the fire, criminal, facade, down with the sickness, violence fetish, droppin plates, meaning of life, just stop, ten thousand fists, guarded and hell.
Get the
mortal kombat theme song,
blur song 2,
apollo 440 stop the rock
Darude sandstorm
Deadmau5, skrillex are great too. Wolfgang gartner is another great house artist.
Searh for hockey songs or pump up songs on youtube, they will come up.
