Post subject:  How to Lose fat not weight?

I have a very skinny body type. For past few years I ate very bad and had almost no excercise. I managed to get love handles and a bit of a belly on an otherwise skinny body.

The reason I let myself go was my work. For a while now I'm basicaly on a passive income so I am able to eat well, regulary and excercise.

My goal: To lose fat on my stomach and not lose any weight (I'm probably few Kilos under my perfect weight as it is).

Ok so I'm guessing the right thing to do is to split this process in two parts: Losing fat and after I reach my goal start building muscle mass? Is that right?

How should I start? Right now (started only a while ago :) ) I'm doing 2x 30min of hard cardio, keeping myself hidrated (switched to only water) and I make sure that I consume as little sugar, fat and carbs as possible.

I never ate alot I only ate wrong stuff and drank a sixpack of RedBull and Coke so I had a lot of sugar in my body. I almost never get hungry so right now I cut down to 1-2 meals per day (I know this is not optimal but I feel like it's enough for my body).

With my body type I should see results quickly with good diet and excersice so I'm motivated. Please get as specific as possible. Am I on the right path? If not what kind of excercise should I do (if possible "at home" since I still travel), what should I eat and how?[/u]

seems like you dont want (or think you need to do alot) but this covers just about everything soup to nuts (though neither soup or nuts should be a staple of your diet).

High repetition weight lifting.

Keep the resting down to like 30 seconds per set.
