I went to see a physiotherapist today, and she said the reason Im having pain in my shoulder is because my deltoids are much bigger than my pectorals and rhomboids. This created an imbalance. How can I fix this? |

How can I fix this? Work out your chest and back more. Try using less weight on your shoulders during your workouts and wait over time for them to balance out. |

Serj is spot on. Relax the shoulder training. You will need depth on your physique when you turn side ways on. Train your back and chest more. Looking good from the front is fine, but what if a girl approaches you from the side? Youre just like every other guy. |

These guys have nailed it well. I would also mix in unilateral (one arm/shoulder at a time) lifting. Unilateral exercises will balance out any imbalances in most cases. |
