these hurt like fuck .......they happen after iv trained, i dont see why because i make sure i am well hydrated and drink during sessions , like i have to lay down and it literally cant straighten my back because they hurt ......any suggestions , |

I try eat drinking more water regularly 3 quarts( a quart is 32 fl oz) per day. Also more vegtables to to clean out your system from the acids in your system from what you eat. |
