Used to work out alot but quit for a year and put on 15kgs of fat
Need excersizes that burn up and build up the chest, shoulders, back, abs and legs.
Aiming to workout 3 times a week?

Post here or message me if you have what will save me from becoming a big lump of ass

First off you should aim to build muscle on your whole body.

Look for a good quality sound system routed in science I've posted alot on this forum about the ones I've used to great sucess.

Ill probably make a consolidated post with all the of the links to information on the systems I recommened.

as far as diet count calories and get a well balanced diet should do it.
