Every time I get a little nervous or anxious, or even sometimes spontaneously, my hands will become cold and sweaty. This is a big problem because it makes me not want to shake hands with anyone, and makes holding hands especially off limits. Does anyone know a cure for this? |

Wipe your hands on your legs every so often. Noone will notice. There are also many no-sweat sprays specifically made for hands. Not sure if they have side effects or anything but I've tried them once and they worked extremely well for a sport. You can probably just wear them before you go out. |

If you shake hands with friends I don't think they care that much. My friends have sweaty hands and I always tell them they have sweaty hands, but I don't really care. |
