Stronglifts 5 x 5 ..

Great program for strength training, muscle mass and fat loss, especially in hard to lose areas. I was reccomended it aged ago, finalystarted 3 months back and have sen good solid gains.

Check it out guys. I promise if you do it properly, you wont regret it.
