ok well im 17 like 5 10 ish and 130 lbs, i have very little to no fat on my body, i have been working out for like 2 years just on my upper body, but i have only been getting results on my biceps, i eat like a danm viking but cant seem to gain a single pound. So really i just need a good workout plan thats fucking dynomite, anybody? |

Look at some of my other post, you need to progressivly lift heavier stive to use more weight each time, Either static contraction training, negative only training or some other partial form of repititions should be you way to go. Look into high intensity training (not to be confused with the hiit bs) but I would stay away from super slow if your goal is to bulk. |
