Ha! 34lbs of muscle in four weeks? Good God! I am sorry, but I simply cannot believe this man. From what I've been taught and from what I've learned: this is physically and simply impossible. To quote a commenter: "Are you sure you didn’t leave out the step where you inject your ass with roids?" |

HAHA, gotta Love the naysayers and the critics! Saying "if this works, there would be a bunch of buff guys everywhere" is like saying that if PU worked there would be a bunch of alpha males walking around- it does and there are. Tim's strategy works. I personally do not want to gain 34 pounds but I have used the basic concepts that Arthur Jones lays out to achieve maximum results in a minimum amount of time, and I'm ripped- and I only workout 3x a week for 30 minutes each session. HR, consider that everything you know and have learned is wrong or missing some critical pieces of information. I have 2 certifications from the National Association of Sports Medicine and a certification from the National Council on Strength and Fitness and I regard this as very high quality information. Look out for Tim Ferris' new book which will detail his fitness strategies. |

it's absolute bullshit,i am training to be a personal trainer and i no quite a bit about this subject,it is physically impossible to gain that much in a month,i havnt even read the article or whatever it is,its been scientifically proven that a human being can only gain between 1-3 lb of LEAN muscle in 1 month or the 4 weeks that he's talking about,if you did manage to gain 34 lb it would only be 1-3 lb of LEAN muscle and the rest would be fat and water. |
