How much do you weigh? Normally, if you lose body fat, you will lose excess facial fat. There will also be a bit of facial water retention depending on your diet. You could reduce your salt intake which can reduce this retention. One particular cheek exercise you could do is to smile. Isn't that great? So, three things: 1) Change diet. 2) Lose weight (depending on your current weight/BMI). 3) Facial exercises (look them up). |

Yeah completely agree here.. personally i had "puffy" cheeks as a kid and when i started working out it slowly went away.. but like mike said, theres no such thing as real spot reduction.

So here are some things you want to know if you want to lose some weight in any part of your body. 1: Consume as little sodium (salt) as possible. Ex: chips, pizza, fried foods … the list is never ending. Sodium retains water in your body, and that gives you that “bloated look”. Cut your sodium intake and within a week or two you will lose water weight. 2: Exercising is key. Best way to lose weight is cardio. Hit the Treadmill, elliptical or ever the bike for 30-45 mins a day. Go do some laps at the pool. But don’t forget weights. Even if you do a little it’s still a huge help. 3. It’s what you eat. Don’t go spending all sorts of money at the local power bar store. All you need to do it eat good foods like fish, chicken, fruits, vegetables, water and so on. If you are watching a movie instead of eating chips eat grapes, instead of eating fruit loops for breakfast eat eggs and fruits. Now a problem that a lot of people have is that they take protein powder and gain weight. When you are trying to build muscle your body needs protein to build and repair muscles. Now the protein that your body doesn’t use your body turns it into fat for later use. So don’t take too much and eat well. 4. Last thing WATER your body needs it. Cut out pop all together there is nothing good to come out of pop. Its high in sugar, sodium and calories. Drink less juice and more water. If you go to a restaurant get some water, if you go to the movies get a bottle of water. I always have a bottle of water around with me. Drink it up Hope this is of help. |

basically what JA11 said if you want to lose body fat the best alternative of working out is cardio. Also remember it takes at least 5 mins of actually running/swimming or w/e your doing to actually start burning fat. Personally i like sitting in the sauna before i work out to open your pours early to start sweating early, i also sit in the sauna after working out as well it helps you relax your muscles and sweat out alot of toxins in your body. If your new to cardio make sure you keep you heartrate under 180 dont feel the need to sprint just cause the pro next to you is work at your own pace. Hope that helped gl |

Ass fat is easy SQUATS. Squats are a great exercise to shape your thighs, hips and buttocks. The thing about squats if not done properly is that it can result in bad injuries to your back and knees. If I were you I would ask a fitness trainer at the gym to show you the proper way of doing them before you get started. |

You can't target a specific area to burn the fat off. Youhave to do exercise (cardio) and your body will decide where it goes off. |
