If there's one workout that I have to live with, its

PULL UPS.

They train your whole back and alters your whole physique. Start small and go for higher reps. I put on 3kg from just doing pull ups alone, and the changes in my physique was noticed by everyone who saw me.

Do not ignore your pull ups.

technicly, go for any exercise in compound: deadlifts (rrreeeaaalll good) pull ups, push ups, squats, good morning's, dips... i guess you figure it out.

unfortunatly, its not everyone who can handle thoses, since you use at least your body weight and sometimes people who start are'nt strong enough, so there are variations of these exercises that can lead people who are'nt strong enough yet to get to thoses magic exercises as:

-pulls ups - lat pulldowns

-push ups - bench press (but here, the difference is its hard to add weight on a push up, maybe sopmeone sitting on you but believe me ist not confortable, unless its a hotties, then its different. anyways)

-squats - leg press

-dips - push downs

and so on...
