Post subject:  help with det etc plz

well here's about myself im 6ft 5 im 14.3 st which is around 200 pounds i think.
I play alot of football hopefully joining a payed adult football team so looking to do continuous training. Ill be getting gym membership after my holiday so be plenty of drink and fat to burn off.
I used to do weights at my mates house as he had a bench so i did bench press bicep curls tricep shoulders necks etc. when i was doing this i was up to 15.4 stone which i loved until i stopped doing it and dropped back to 200 pounds which i am now.
doing running etc, continuious trainig helped my cardio but hitting on the weights with my legs vastly helped me in my stride and running raising my speed.
so what i basicly need should i start doig this again? or any advice on particular excercises i should be concerntrating in also need proper advice on diet, using protein shakes etc
many thanks

hey buddy.

first of all, don't use a protein shake, or any supplement until you have a A1+ diet.
drop taht saturday night hamburger and switch it for salmon with load of vegetables.

its kinda long to explain everything you must do, but i can give you these tips:
if you have the $, go see professionals. dietetist, trainers... trainer can really help you working on your shape SOZ your football performance. look it up sometime a trainer is also a dietetist.

target 2x vegetables than meat.

target lean meat: poultry, turkey, horse, fish....

eat often, and by little portion. lets say you eat (jsut random number) 3kilo of food a day. instead of eating 1kg 3 times a day, eat .5kg 6 times a day.

target good fat sources (walnuts, fish, flaxseed)

if you have otehr wuestion you can pm me no problems!
