ok this may sound silly but there games out there that can help you but not just any games wii fit dance games and even i toy games can give you you a great work out I went around a car boot sale on Monday (which was a national holiday for those outside the uK and a car boot sale is like a garage sale but much bigger and with loads of Sellers) and bout a dance matt for £1 and i got a second hand PS2 game for £2 it gives you a great work out with out leaving the house and with different games like this it can help your fitness |
