Hey guys Here are a few videos of the style of training I have been doing for over 5 months now. I first found out about this training from a book called Body by Science. Its at local book stores. I have a question, but not about the training. How do you keep your Five Fingers from stinking? Washing them every other day is a pain in the ass :p I've tried putting them on a fan as soon as I take them off which seems to help a little but also makes my house smell kinda funny. Your boy, 870 |

Eh, I wash them once a week or so. The thing is I dont wear them much outside of training or sports activites so its never an issue. My advice? Get some cheap flip flops to wear in the off time =) -Dream |

They are good video's, but boring as hell. Seriously man, people will not want to watch you do all your reps - edit the video's so that we watch you do 1-2 reps with some information up about the exercise. If you really want to show all the reps, add in information about the exercise and why you are doing it (muscles working, what gains it gives, alternatives etc). This way people can learn a lot more from the video's. I hope you realise this is constructive criticism for something I really feel could benefit people on the forum |
